October Update

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a great fall as this year slowly comes to its end. It’s that time for an update to let the people know that I am, in fact, still alive and kicking. Daily life has kept me busy for the most part, but I’m still finding time to sit down in front of the computer, scream at the screen for words to magically appear, and after that fails resort to writing the dang stories myself because apparently my PC doesn’t understand what I’m telling it to do. Oh well, perhaps one day.

As for what’s been going on with my work, progress has been slow and steady with The Sword and the Shield, with each draft being tweaked and reworked to get it just right. Other than the three animated portraits of the new characters for the story, I don’t have anything else to add other than it’s still being worked on, and I’m hoping when it finally gets released that it will receive the same love, if not more, than Chronicles of Eden. Only time will tell I suppose.

Speaking of Eden, it seems I just can’t help myself with wanting to add more to the world I created, as even with my work on the other book, I’ve still been writing down chapters for the Eden saga now and again as inspiration keeps nagging me to follow. In fact, it’s that same inspiration that’s led to a new Eden project getting fast traction with growing into another book. So, it seems that I’m working on yet another Eden book without having first realized it. Is it fate? Just a coincidence? Or do I really have no self-control with writing about lustful monstergirls? Let’s just assume its a healthy combination of the three.

Having said that, the next Chronicles of Eden book is coming along smoothly, however it’s not the book I’m sure many have been expecting. This isn’t going to be the next Act in the series, rather it’s a different tale with a new cast that I’ve been working on for a while now. The next book coming out will take place not in Koskaysil, rather we will be visiting the region of Glyphmare once again, and will be following the adventure of five treasure hunters on a quest for fame, for riches, and for freedom. The countess Seraphine may be gone, but all is not well in the troubled land, and these unique hunters are in for a wild journey together to make it out alive while earning a living.

While I continue writing away with the hot iron of inspiration sizzling, I’d like to introduce you to the first look at one of the hunters of a new harem in Eden; Rezzen, the scorpia.
